In order to apply for a particular rental property please read the following application process:

1. Download and print the below Tenancy Application Form.
2. Complete all fields to have your application assessed quickly.
3. Sign the application form.
4. Email our Office or post it to us at PO Box 170 Lindfield NSW 2070.

Selection Process:

• Only one (1) deposit is taken and receipted by a Red Realty consultant on the day of inspection.
• This applicant receives priority in the application process.
• Checking of a prospective tenant/s usually takes up to 2 working days dependant on contact-ability of references.
• If the applicant is successful – all other applicants will be sent an email advising them that the property has been leased.
• If the applicant is unsuccessful – all other applicants will be checked.

*Note a deposit must be in cash and equates to one week’s rent.
